We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you have up to 60 days from the date of receipt to evaluate the product and decide if it's the right fit for you.

If you conclude that the product doesn’t meet your expectations, here's what you need to know:

You can return all purchased items within 60 days of receiving them. We accept returns of unopened products within this period for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. To initiate a return, simply send all the items you received back to our warehouse. Don’t worry if the return is made on the 59th day of the 60-day return window—we’ll still honor it, even if it arrives after the 60 days have passed.

For the refund to be processed smoothly, ensure you return all items included in your order. Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed promptly, usually within a few days.

Important Information about Returns: When returning products, please ensure they are in good physical condition, not broken or damaged. All accessories originally included with your purchase must also be returned.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as for:

Books, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that show clear signs of use.
Items that are damaged or missing parts that were not due to our error.
Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we’ve received your return. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few days for the funds to show up in your account. Don't worry if your card has expired or you have a new one—your bank will automatically process the refund and deposit the funds into your new card.

Exchanges and Reshipments: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us, and we’ll guide you on how to return the product for an exchange. Please note that exchanges are only accepted within 60 days of delivery.

Steps to Get Your Refund:

Confirm you’re still within the 60-day return period, starting from the delivery date (you can find the delivery date on the package or in your order confirmation email).
Return all items to our warehouse.
Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed, and you’ll receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been successfully processed.
